With over two decades of dedicated service in the field of psychiatry, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and teens navigate the complex journey of mental health and well-being. My extensive experience spans various settings, including private practice and as a facilitator in residential homes, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges young individuals face.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with countless children, adolescents, and teens, helping them overcome emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues. My commitment to this age group stems from a belief in the importance of early intervention and the profound impact it can have on a person's life.
My practice is founded on a strong psychotherapeutic foundation. I believe in the power of open and empathetic communication to foster healing and growth. Every young person I work with is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific needs, whether through individual therapy, family therapy, or a combination of therapeutic modalities.
I understand that mental health is deeply interconnected with one's overall well-being. In my work, I take a holistic approach, considering not only the symptoms but also the social, emotional, and environmental factors that may be contributing to a young person's challenges. This approach allows me to provide comprehensive and effective care.
Empathy and compassion are at the core of my practice. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where young individuals can express themselves freely. My goal is to empower them with the skills and tools needed to manage their mental health and build resilience for the future.
