Patients who do not have insurance or whose insurance plans are out of network with our providers have the choice to pay for their services directly. Superbills for Reimbursement:
For patients who choose to pay out of pocket, we can provide a detailed billing statement known as a "superbill." The superbill includes essential information, such as diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and other relevant details necessary for insurance reimbursement.
Patients may submit this superbill to their insurance company if they wish to seek reimbursement independently. It is important to note that the reimbursement process and eligibility for reimbursement are determined by the patient's insurance plan. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their specific reimbursement policies and procedures.
